TARTLET'S WEEK

This order came from Pn. Ita & her family in Meru Heights. According to her, she ordered this mini tartlets since the whole family love to eat all kind of western style food & she admired the fresh fruits that i put on every single tartlet's. It's fresh! TARTLET'S WEEK

My officemate (actually my 'taika che'e - in chinese words) - Ms. Lum ordering S'berries & B'berries Cheese Tarts for her auntie & uncle who's diabetic patients. She's asking me to reduce the sugar content & she provide me with 'brown' sugar instead of me using the normal sugar. Well, i managed to fulfill her request & she's happy with the outcome. Shei Shei Nie!

Last week is my nephew engagement day. So, he ordered specially for his engagement 'hantaran' for his fiance these fresh fruit tartles - big mould - & for families members makan-makan, i prepared for him those mini tartles. According to them, it's turn-up nicely & the taste is superb!(Sorry...kena puji pulak). Tapi itulah perasaan orang yang menyediakan sesuatu jenis masakan atau makanan. Kalau sedap...hati berbunga gembira kerana masakan yang disediakan dihargai & disukai ramai.

Atas permintaan my 'sweet girl' (daughter) yg memang 'chocolate' lovers, i baked this chocolate moist cake with Ganage topping. 'Full of chocolates' - inside & outside.

It's has been quite sometimes i didn't update my blog. A bit busy...i guess. He he he.. Well, today, would like to introduce my 'RENDANG DAGING MASAK MINANG' to those who happen to read my blog. This cooking receipe can last longer. Sesuai jika mahu dibawa sebagai bekalan lauk. Sesuai juga untuk bulan Ramadhan utk berbuka atau bersahur. Kesedapannya lebih terserlah...jika sudah dimasak 1 atau 2 hari lebih awal (mcm rendang tok) & disangai diatas api yang kecil atau dipanaskan dalam ketuhar gelombang (Microwave) bagi tujuan pemanasan.
